CloudyCreating your own pet care service types
With the Cloudy app, you can create your own pet sitting service types in addition to the service types that are already available in the app. For example, you can create a new service called 'Rabbit Care'. You can set the price, duration of the service, additional pet rate, cancellation policy, tax rate, etc. for your custom services. You can make the custom service as an add-on service as well.
- Make sure that pet sitter menu items are enabled on the User Settings page.
- On the left navigation menu, press Add or Update Services under the Pet Sitter Menu header.
- Press the Add New Service Type button. Enter the name of the service, description, price, etc.
- Make sure that the Accept New Service Request is set to ON. Otherwise, pet owners cannot find the service when they book a service with you on the app.
- Press Add to add the service.
ⓘ The service setting can be changed any time.
ⓘ Long-press each setting on the service setting dialog to display more info. For example, long-press Service is provided as add-on to get more info on this setting.
