Creating your own report card
The Cloudy app enables you to create your report card and questions included in the report card. The questions you create can be a yes/no question, a 'count' question where you report the number of times something occurred, a multiple-choice question, or a free text question. Each type of question is explained below.
- Make sure that pet sitter menu items are enabled on the User Settings page.
- On the left navigation menu, press Add or Update Report Cards under the Pet Sitter Menu header. You will see a few sample report cards.
- Press the Add New Report Card button and enter the report card name.
- To create a new question, press the Create New Question button.
- On the page displayed, fill in the Question field. You as a pet sitter will be answering this question when you complete a service.
- In the drop down box labeled Question for each pet or an entire visit, select either Visit or Pet.
- In the drop down box labeled Question Type, select the type of the question.
- Count - Tracks the number of times an event occurred. For example, the number of times a dog pooped during a dog walking service.
- Yes/No - Indicates whether an event occurred. For example, whether a dog peed or not during a dog walking service.
- Multiple Choice - Choose one option from a list. For example, select Happy from Happy, Sad, and Shy to report the pet's mood.
- Free Text - Choose this option to add a free-text comment.
- Save the change and press the back button to go back to the report card page.
- Press the Add Existing Question to reuse question created in the past.
