CloudyHow to get pricing in the app before you book
When you request services through the Cloudy app (such as dog walking, drop-in visits, or dog boarding), the total cost is calculated automatically upfront. This calculation uses the pet sitter's defined rates for the specific services you select.
The app automatically includes applicable holiday surcharges (based on the sitter's set holiday calendar) and any fees for additional pets in the booking.
Cancellation fees are also handled automatically. If you later cancel a service within the booking in a way that violates the sitter's cancellation policy, the corresponding fee will be added to your total. However, pet sitters have the flexibility to waive this fee, and the total price will update accordingly.
To view the calculated price: Simply begin the booking process using either the Find Pet Sitter Near You or Find Pet Sitter By Username button. You will see the detailed pricing information clearly displayed before you need to send the booking request.
