How to request a pet care service

This article explains how to request a pet care service such as dog boarding, dog walking, and drop-in visits on the Cloudy app.

1. Sign in.
2. Press Find Pet Sitter Near You or Find Pet Sitter By Username.
3. Select a pet sitter and view the profile.
4. Review the pet sitter's profile.
5. Select Schedule One Time or Schedule Weekly. In this example, pet owner selects Schedule One Time, which does not repeat every week.
6. Select the service type and the pets. Press Next Page.
7. Press Next Page.
8. Select the start and end dates of the service.
9. Press Next Page.


ⓘ If the service type is one of the services that can be scheduled multiple times a day, pet owners can request the service multiple times a day. For example, pet owners can request Drop-In Visit two times a day, once in the morning and another time in the evening.
10. Press Next Page.
11. Add add-on services if necessary.


ⓘ Pet owners can add as many add-ons as needed.
12. Press Next Page.
13. Add a message to the pet sitter. Also specify whether you request a meet and greet.


ⓘ When meet and greet is requested, the pet sitter will not be able to accept the booking until the owner indicates to move forward with the booking on the Meet and Greet page.
14. Press Next Page.
15. Add a promotion code if you have it.
16. Press Review Booking Info
17. The summary of the booking request is displayed. If everything looks correct, press Send Request


ⓘ Pet sitter is notified of the request and should arrange a meet and greet if the pet sitter requested it.
