CloudyHow to view a report card
The Cloudy app makes it simple for your pet sitter to send you regular report cards. These digital summaries communicate exactly how your pet is doing during their dog walking or pet sitting service, covering activities, feeding, and mood. It's a great way to stay informed and feel close to your pet, even when you're away.
ⓘ Do you have specific questions you'd like your pet sitter to answer about your pet's stay (e.g., "How much did my dog eat today?")? Please contact your pet sitter directly to discuss if custom questions or details can be included in their report card format for your bookings.
The following types of questions are supported in the pet report card.
- Yes/No - For quick confirmations (e.g., Medication given?).
- Count - To track frequency (e.g., Number of walks, potty breaks taken).
- Multiple Choice - For selecting predefined options (e.g., Mood: Happy, Playful, Calm).
- Free Text - For personalized notes, anecdotes, or detailed answers to your specific questions.
Follow the steps below to view a report card.
- Open an in-progress booking.
- From the Booking Details page, tap on a specific date to open the Service Details page.
- Press the Report Card tab.
