What is a service window?

A "service window" (also sometimes called an "arrival window" or "time block") refers to a pre-defined period of time during which the pet sitter or dog walker will arrive to perform the scheduled service, rather than a precise, exact time.

You can set different service windows for each service you offer. For instance, a 1-hour service window means you'll arrive to perform the service within one hour before or after the pet owner's requested time.

To set or adjust service windows, select Add or Update Services from the left navigation menu, then choose the service you wish to edit.
