Charging or waiving a cancellation fee for a canceled service


When a pet owner cancels a pet care service after the cancellation deadline is passed, a cancellation fee is recorded on the Cloudy app. The pet sitter can decide whether to charge a cancellation fee or not on the Cloudy app.

  1. Open the Booking Details page for the booking that contains the service to be canceled.
  2. On the Booking Details page, select the service that needs to be canceled.
  3. The Service Details page is displayed. Switch to the Service Price and Payment Info tab that shows the dollar sign icon.
  4. Press the Charge Cancellation Fee or Waive Cancellation Fee button.
