How to add a new date/time to an existing pet care service
This article explains how to add a new date/time to an existing pet care service request. Adding a new date/time is often useful when you need to extend the service and add more dates at the end of the original schedule.
- Open the Booking Details page for the booking that needs to be updated.
- Press the Add New Date/Time button at the bottom of the page.
- Specify the pets, new date/time, add-ons, and date/time for the new service being added.
- Review the changes on the final page. If everything looks correct, press Send Update Request
ⓘ If the status of the booking is still Pending, the booking is updated immediately. If the pet sitter has already accepted the booking, the pet sitter needs to accept the update request before the changes are reflected on the Booking Details page.
