How to change the date/time of an existing pet care service
This article explains how to change the date/time of an existing pet care service. Changing the date/time is useful if you need a service to be provided at a specific date/time instead of the originally scheduled date/time because of your schedule changes.
- Open the Booking Details page for the booking that contains the service to be updated.
- On the Booking Details page, select the service that needs to be updated.
- Open the Service Details page, press the Change Date/Time button located on the right side of the Date/Time label.
- On the dialog box displayed, specify the new date/time.
- Press the Update Date/Time button at the bottom of the page. On the dialog box displayed, confirm to reschedule.
ⓘ If the status of the booking is still Pending, the service date/time is changed immediately. If the pet sitter has already accepted the booking, the pet sitter needs to accept the date/time change request before the changes are reflected on the Service Details
