How to view video updates

Pet sitters can use the app to upload your pet's videos, giving you visual updates and peace of mind about how your pet is doing.

Open the in-progress booking.
Choose the date of service you wish to review from the list.
The Service Details page is displayed. Choose the Videos tab to view the photos.

ⓘ When your pet sitter uploads videos, you'll receive an app notification. Additionally, the Videos tab will display an alert icon when new videos are available to view.
