Preparing to get paid by credit card


The Cloudy app enables pet sitters to include a payment link directly in invoices to accept payments electronically via credit cards and bank accounts. All payments you receive will be automatically deposited into your bank account. This article will guide you through setting up your payment account.


  1. On the User Settings page, make sure that the Display Pet Sitter Menu Items is set to ON.
  2. On the left navigation menu, find and press Invoices & Payments.
  3. Select the 'Stripe' tab, located at the right end of the tab bar.
  4. Press the button at the bottom of the page. If your Stripe account is not fully set up, you will be directed to the Stripe website to finish setting up your account.
  5. Follow the instructions displayed on the Stripe website.
  6. Once all the required info is provided, you will be able to create invoices to charge your customers via credit cards and bank accounts.
