Pricing configuration settings

You have detailed control over how your pet care fees are calculated. Within the Cloudy app, you can configure:

The base price for each service you offer
Additional pet fees for multi-pet households
Applicable tax rates per service
Custom holiday rates, applied either as a percentage increase or a flat surcharge amount
Custom cancellation policies per service. The app automatically calculates applicable fees based on your rules when a cancellation occurs, while giving you the option to manually waive the fee.
